Hailey
Creative director, founder, and chief mischief-maker of Pool Girl Productions… She’s a Midwest tornado splattered in paint.
Hailey’s work refuses to sit still: she crafts bold identities, playful visuals, and campaigns that feel like hugs that whisper a secret and then push you off a cliff.
At heart she’s still that Midwest girl: dependable, a little stubborn, and shockingly good at remembering birthdays. But now she brings a West Coast swagger—a bright, bruised, unapologetic vibe that turns clean ideas into deliciously messy experiences. If you spot a 90s bomber jacket decorated with paint flecks and a coffee cup that’s 80% espresso, you’ve probably found her.
These two run the studio like a backyard BBQ host; equal parts organized chaos and warm chaos, pulling together photographers, designers, and random eccentrics to make things that look effortless but are fiercely intentional. Clients come for the sparkle, stay for the clever strategy, and leave feeling a little more dangerous.
Ally
Actress, producer, and co-founder of the studio and the human paint bomb you didn’t know your set needed. Equal parts auteur and hype squad, Ally lives for storytelling in every form; from the smallest, quiet beat to the most audacious cinematic stunt.
Her sensibility reads like A24 crashed a Beverly Hills Tony Hawk party. The loudest cheerleader, she powers the team through rewrites, long nights, and the triumphant first cut.
Ally builds collaborative spaces where risk is encouraged and authenticity is currency. Skateboard under one arm, script in the other, ready to make something unforgettable.
